So, there she is just enjoying life. I sit here and watch Dorothy gliding up to each person walking by, begging for their attention. She has to keep moving, that’s how she gets attention. And when she gets you hooked, boom, score, drop a little morsel for her to eat.

With a name inspired out of "Elmo’s World" thoughtfully by my daughter, this golden and graceful little goldfish has cheated death four years running and now lives next to my computer monitor at work. When nothing can be solved or the necessity of staying here a few extra hours to put out fires which the business has now long since forgotten as they dine and entertain their own families… I have Dorothy to give me a chuckle.

Truthfully I have no desire to be Dorothy, but there are times when I would simply like to get in the water and swim around for awhile with no worries in the world.
